All prescription medicines dispensed by us require a valid prescription issued by one of our registered prescribers following a clinical assessment. No prescription medication will be dispensed without prior pharmacist and prescriber approval.
By submitting a consultation, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Our prescribers may decline to issue a prescription if it is not deemed clinically appropriate for you. Prescription decisions are final and are made solely in the interests of patient safety.
We retain copies of all prescriptions in accordance with legal requirements. Prescriptions issued through our service are for your personal use only and must not be shared or transferred.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
If a prescription is not approved following clinical assessment, a full refund will be issued. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, the price confirmed at checkout will apply to your order.
We aim to dispatch approved orders within 1 working day of pharmacist approval. Delivery is to UK addresses only. While we endeavour to meet this timeframe, delivery is subject to Royal Mail or courier performance and circumstances outside our control.
You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We cannot accept liability for missed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information provided by you.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on prescription medicines, in accordance with UK medicines regulations.
If your order has not yet been processed, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days. Refund requests should be submitted via our contact form or email.
